Territorial clusters’ place in mechanism of innovation regions’ development

In the article theoretical questions of research of territorial clusters in the mechanism of innovative development of regions are considered. The factors stimulating innovative activity of the enterprises of clusters are defined. The conclusion is drawn that cluster approach is a peculiar methodological basis of the innovative policy, allowing uniting industrial, scientific and technical politicians, policy of support of small business, and regional policy.
