In the article investment processes of the North Caucasian federal district on the basis of the analysis of dynamics of investments, structures of their financing and the sphere of investment, efficiency of expenses of investment resources for the purpose of identification of problems and prospects of development and justification of the main directions of increase of investment appeal of territories are investigated.
