Practice of application anti-crisis financial mechanism in soft drinks industry

In the article it is noted that lack of effective financial management and the strategy of development which is most adapted for the real operating conditions of the enterprises in coordination with crisis management, is one of the first and major crisis-formation factors for any subject of managing. The analysis of efficiency of the mechanism of crisis financial management and assessment of practice of its application on financial stability of the enterprise is provided (on the example of the enterprises of the nonalcoholic industry of North Caucasus federal district), recommendations on the formation of the anti-recessionary financial mechanism in considered sector are made.
