In the article the major factors, which are influencing on increase of the region competitiveness are considered. The essential role of science and technology park as a link of a transfer technologies from the scientific organizations to the enterprises is allocated. The state role in development of regional innovative systems is described. The scheme of interrelations in the innovative region infrastructure is provided.
