In the article efficiency of public administration at various levels is investigated. For management improvement of quality authors suggest to introduce innovative, process approach which can be realized by means of modern information technologies. It is emphasized that introduction of "the electronic government" can increase considerably management efficiency and lower corruption level in the country.
