The need for the development of economic instruments of self-regulation in the system of management of housing and communal services of the region is determined by the conceptual directions of reforming of housing and communal services. The use of proven in scientific practice research and analytical apparatus, including the use of methods of systemic, structural, logical and comparative analysis, mathematical and statistical modeling allowed us to analyze the various aspects of regulation in the housing and communal services of the region, identify trends and patterns of development of the industry, analyze the current state of self-regulation system at the regional level.
