Integration of multifunctional center of public and municipal services in e-government systems

There is accumulated experience in the creation of multifunctional centers of public and municipal services (MFC) in the Rostov region since 2006. A lot of solutions were transferred into the standard class and were introduced all over the region: the uniform information system of MFC, the preliminary decisions on creating and adaptation of new and now used accommodations for MFC, corporate style of the Rostov region's MFC. The actual task of creating the system of Rostov region's MFC is efficient use of created infrastructure, especially in correlation between MFC and actively developed rendering of electronic service for people and business is presented in the article.
