Stages of transformation of budget and tax policy of the Republic of Dagestan

The retrospective analysis of formation of a budgetary tax policy of the region is carried out. The author's periods in its development is offered, the main lines of functioning of budgets of territories at each stage are opened. The problems and tendencies of formation of profitable base of budgets and providing account obligations are revealed.
