Research of processes of functioning of agrarian sector of economy is connected with identification of tendencies of development of agriculture and an assessment of agricultural production as main food security of the state defining components. Development of strategy of increase of competitiveness of agrarian sector has important methodological value in an assessment of character occurring in this sphere of economy of quantitative and high-quality changes. It allows to consider globally problems of a public evolyutsionirovaniye and is directed on achievement of effective development of society at preservation of possibilities of material and social security both recent, and the following generations.
