Budget of the Federation as tool to regulate the development of regional economy

Regulation of economic processes at regional level is important activity of public authorities of the regions. The possibilities of the regional budget allow to provide financing of target programs, investment plans, the tax privileges etc. In the article the elements of the theory of the budgetary regulation of economy of the region are presented: the purposes are described, the regulation directions are considered.
