In the article the review and ordering of methods of an assessment of efficiency of motor transportation infrastructure are presented. The authors offered a display technique of determination of efficiency of capital investments in motor transportation infrastructure of the region with use of an expert approach for an assessment of efficiency of regional resources use. It is noted that according to logic of territorial development the role of private business in development of motor transportation infrastructure should be more.
