In the article the analysis of the main subjects of the Far East market of airport services on the basis of which problems of functioning of producers of airport service are revealed, main of which - a leading position of natural monopolies is carried out. The versions of their decision are offered. The concepts "director of photography", "operator", "carrier", "airport service" and etc. are presented. The segmentation of consumers of services of the airport is made.
