Assessment of situation and ways of regulating migration flows in the Ulyanovsk region

In the article the main directions and characteristics of migratory movement in the Ulyanovsk region are considered. The analysis of a modern migratory situation is carried out. The dependence between an index of human development and balance of population shift of able-bodied age is investigated. The main directions of regulation and optimization of migratory processes are revealed.
