Еvaluation technique of economic potential of municipal union

In the article the approaches to concept definition "economic potential" are considered, its element structure is allocated: natural and resource, production, labor, financial and innovative potentials. The technique of a rating assessment of cumulative capacity of the territory is offered, its approbation on an example of rural municipalities of the Republic of Buryatiya is carried out.
