In the article it is noted that intra-regional differentiation is one of the most acute problems of social and economic development of Russia. The question of what contribution to it brings intra-district disparities, remains low-investigated. Survey of households in one of the regions of the Novosibirsk region is conducted, and rather high inequality within the municipal area is revealed
