In the article the problems and difficulties which can arise at the organization of city passenger traffic by public transport in the conditions of constantly growing automobilization of the population are considered. The offered principles of creation of city passenger traffic by public transport in the developing industrial center with a view of identification of shortcomings and proposals of new optimum decisions in details are considered.
