Mechanism for substantiation of electricity tariffs differentiated in accordance on payment term

In the article it is noted that the tariff policy is a basis of the economic mechanism of the market of energy and capacities. The mechanism of justification of tariffs for the electric power, differentiated on the payment moments, gives the chance to form system of tariffs and an individual tariff for each of consumers. Comparison of various schemes of payment becomes possible by means of concept introduction "equivalent term of payment". As a result, there is a possibility to define economy of money in comparison with the standard scheme of payment. This economy is discounts to a tariff for the specific consumer.
