Approaches to development of region economics peripheral character (on example the Republic Dagestan)

In the article it is noted that the reasons of chronic backlog in economic development of regions of the country there is an aspiration to formation of their economy on the basis of a reconstruction of spatial limited vectors of economic relations with leading enterprises of the central regions of the country, and an unsatisfactory condition of quality of the public environment, not promoting turning on of economic mechanisms of development. On an example of the Republic Dagestan measures for the accounting of the specified reasons and backlog overcoming in economic development are considered.
