Problems of introduction of new mechanisms of financing of budgetary establishments

In the article it is analyzed the effectiveness of carried-out reform of financing of establishments of the social sphere which has the purpose to improve the quality of providing the state services thanks to rational and effective use of budgetary funds. It is concluded on unavailability of the majority of establishments to functioning in new economic conditions and need of carrying out policy on minimization of negative consequences during realized reform.
