In the article it is noted that c the onceptual and methodological basis of development of industrial and economic sector of economy is creation of the effective mechanism in the form of infrastructure of the national highly technological network representing set of the organizations of various organizational and legal forms, carrying out the basic and applied researches and development and commercialization of technologies.
