The complex characteristic of ecological tourism in the Rostov region as one of the priority directions of economic activity in the region is given. Problems of development of system of ecological tourism in the region are analyzed and versions of their decision are offered. The purposes, tasks and the priority directions of development of system of ecological tourism in the Rostov region are considered.
