The role of social institute of family in reproduction of public life in the region is revealed. Transformation of the purposes, motives and ideology of social partnership of the state power structures and a family, as social institute and as primary cell of society is shown. By results of researches social and economic requirements, valuable orientations and motives of demographic behavior of families in the Urals are analyzed.
