Successful development of agro-industrial complex, is presented in the article, it is impossible without creation of the effective financial and credit infrastructure considering features of agricultural reproduction. In the article the maintenance of financial and credit infrastructure and mechanisms of its functioning are considered, the role of the state and the integrated formations in development of financial and credit infrastructure of agrarian and industrial complex is shown.
