Reduction of number of regional banks, tendency is to which No. 391-FZ "About modification of the Federal law "About banks and bank activity" was outlined after adoption of the Federal law from 03.12.2011, can lead underfunding of requirements of the industrial enterprises in the region. Aspects of interaction of the industrial enterprises and regional banks are revealed. Actions for improvement of quality of strategic management of the regional credit organizations are offered.
