The prospects of social-cultural approach to management of state development

The possible approaches to quality management of national development are presented in the article. The currently used principles and approaches to management of state development are ineffective. Transition from binary to triadic judgment of principles of management of the state development that will allow to analyze system taking into account requirements of higher level of hierarchy of system is necessary and to minimize contradictions during decision-making.
