In this article, based on in-depth analysis of the rich fuel, energy and mineral resources of the Arctic zone of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is proved the real possibility of formation and development of mining industries with highly liquid products in the markets of the Asia-Pacific region, and high fuel and energy infrastructure, providing needs of the developing economy of municipalities.
