In article theoretical and practical problems of maintenance of steady economic growth of industrial sector of economy are considered, variable arguments of function of growth, capacities, public labor productivity, scientific and technical progress are identified. The analysis of branches is represented as toolkit to "investment selection" subjects of economic activities, an effective direction of capital investments.
