About interaction of small and big business in industrial innovative import substitution

In the article it is noted that the most part of again created small enterprises breaks up because of a lack of financial resources and inability to operate them. It is emphasized that only in a combination to financial possibilities of the large enterprises small business can show the individual advantages and make the contribution to production of innovative importoanalogichny industrial goods.
