In the article the condition of modern personnel potential of East and Northeast of Yakutia as zones of economic development Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is analyzed. The necessity in labor resources in the main objects of considering areas is estimated. Actions of personnel potential perfection in Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) are defined.
