Formation of the model of public-private partnership in the building complex of the region in the aspect of risk management

In the article the urgency of interaction of authorities and the organizations of a construction complex is emphasized at the solution of social and economic problems of development of the region or municipality. It is noted that introduction of method of the analysis of hierarchies will allow to prove administrative decisions, competently to choose alternatives, and also to range risks on degree of importance and urgency of their consideration.
