The state support of agricultural consumer cooperative societies in the Penza region

In the article the types of state support of agricultural consumer cooperative societies in the Penza region, the stages of its receipt, identified individual shortcomings and deficiencies of the state programs are considered. The necessity of creation of the infrastructure of the support of co-operatives in the framework of state programs is formulated. The conclusion that its general coordination and development of an infrastructure of support is necessary for more effective work of a government program of development of agricultural cooperation is drawn.
