In given article results of research of development of social responsibility of business of the Penza region are presented. The basic directions of external and internal social responsibility of business are analysed, the expert estimation of development of priority directions of social responsibility of the Penza enterprises is given. The factors, capable to stimulate development of social responsibility of business are revealed.
