About improving of the sustainability of the regional and local budgets

The article is devoted to issues of sustainability and the balance of regional and local budgets. The author analyzes the incomes of territorial budgets, including the structure of the incomes of the budget of municipal formation «Сity Saratov», and their impact on the increase of the deficit of these budgets. The paper considers the directions of possible improve the sustainability of the regional and local budgets, to achieve their long-term balance from external and internal factors.
