Municipal investment projects in real sector of economy

In the article problems of development of the industrial sphere, peculiar to the city of Kostroma and many municipalities in the Russian Federation are presented. The conclusion is drawn on necessity of activization of use of such tool of development, as the municipal enterprise. The offered scheme allows to develop municipal economy by an investment of means in real manufacture.
