Influence of innovative processes on economy of the region (on the example of the Ulianovsk region)

Representation about innovative character of development of the Russian economy and its regions became the general background of scientific publications of last time. Substantially borders between concepts "innovative" and "investment" projects began to "be washed away". With reference to level of region of an expense for researches and workings out of the organizations which are in territory of region, frequently associate with investments into regional innovative projects. Attempt to investigate influence of innovative processes in region on its concrete social and economic indexes is made.
