Ways of innovative development of sphere of housing and communal services of the region

In the article a number of problems in the sphere of housing and communal services is revealed and necessity of its modernization on the basis of innovative development is proved. For realization of this approach the complex of the actions providing appeal in the sphere of housing and communal services for private investors, formation of conditions for decrease in costs and improvement of quality of services is offered at its reproduction and available housing operation, and as new toolkit of its reproduction at regional level.
