The development strategy of investment and innovation activity in the region (on the example of the Stavropol area)

The questions of development of strategy of investment and innovative activity in the region, on the basis of the analysis of competitive advantages of territory are considered in the article. The factors influencing on the creation of given strategy are analyzed. The problems, braking innovative and investment activity in territory are considered. In the article criteria of innovative and investment activity are offered, conditions are considered at which strategy of development of innovative and investment activity in the region can be successful.
