Estimation of quality of the business environment of small business in the region: institutional and methodical aspects

In the article organizational-economic aspects of an estimation of efficiency of the state support of small business at regional level are investigated. The author's method of calculating the integral indicator of institutional environment quality small business, oriented on innovation model of economy is offered.
