Investigation of the regional structure of housing markets in the Volga Federal district

The majority of currently existing studies analyzing the availability and the housing market considers the Russian housing market as a whole. However, to form public policy in such social sectors as housing, it is necessary to understand regional trends. In this article, the regional differentiation in housing markets is shown according to the parameters of market activity, the availability of effective demand and housing purchase.
