Regions interact constantly, impact on socio-economic development of each other. It is important to define regions that are the “engines of growth”. The basic criterion of regions - “engines of growth” is unique advantages, that stimulate socio-economic development of the surrounding territories. There are direct and indirect impact of regions - “engines of growth” on the development of other territories.
