In the article the results of a marketing study of the functioning of the youth market for labor of Penza region are represented. The elements of the complex of marketing of the youth labor market are revealed and substantiated, the possibilities of marketing in the solution of the problems of the adaptation of young people on the labor market are determined. The marketing model of the adaptation of young specialists on the regional labor market is developed on the basis of the results of the conducted investigation.
