In the article the state and the prospect for the development of the process of the assignment of state services in the subjects of Southern federal region are examined. The regional experience of the assignment of state services is analyzed. The specific measures, directed toward reduction in the administrative barriers, balancing of the possibilities of populating the subjects RF in obtaining of qualitative and accessible state and municipal services are proposed
