Development of the mechanism of modernization and development of regional municipal infrastructure

In the article is noted that in connection with the crisis, in which is located the municipal infrastructure and by the need for development with the anticipating rates of the municipal infrastructure of this branch, the problem of the creation of the effective mechanism of modernization and development of regional municipal infrastructure acquires special urgency. The process of development of the new mechanism of the modernization of the regional municipal infrastructure of the Vladimir area, which removes unbalance between the possibilities of investors and the existed mechanism of the compensation (recovery) of investments, is revealed, and also it makes it possible to accelerate the development of regional municipal infrastructure with the participation of federal investments at the higher level.
