Prospects of the cluster development in the dairy sub-complex of the Penza region

In the article it is noticed that presence price disparity, absence of the debugged communications in system of movement of commodity streams are one of principal causes of low production efficiency, realization of milk and all dairy sub-complex as a whole. Streamlining of organizational and economic development processes dairy subcomplex will be possible through a dairy cluster by forming a system of interaction of all its members and community of interest, based on cooperation.
