Social and economic efficiency of the organizations dairy sub complex assumes maintenance of availability and a consumption level of milk and dairy production according to rational norms of consumption. The system of formation of a solvent supply and demand on raw materials and end production taking into account socially comprehensible prices and stabilization of incomes of the population is for this purpose necessary.
