Sugar beet sub complex: the substantiation of transition to the innovative way of development

Like many other spheres of economy sugar industry in Russia needs the strategic choice of the way for development now. This way must be innovational. The conception of the forms of State participation in innovational processes in the sugar-beet sub complex is considered in this article. This conception will help to arrange a system of State investment, which is an important constitute within those arrangements of radical State support of the sugar-beet sub complex, which let it make enlarged production.
