Given analysis of tendencies of structural reforms in agriculture, established dynamics of labor resources potential of agricultural enterprises is considered. Objective analysis of the role agricultural cooperation is given, and the ways of its further development are offered. On the basis of comparative analysis of the roles of different farming forms in regional agro complex the essential lines of perfecting of agriculture state support has been defined.
