In modern conditions it is necessary to improve managerial process by infrastructural objects of social sphere of subjects of Federation as it is impossible to recognise an infrastructure condition satisfactory. In the article the reasons of an unsatisfactory condition of a social infrastructure of subjects of Federation are revealed and systematized, recommendations about management perfection by infrastructural objects are offered
