The article analyses the reasons of financial crisis occurrence in our country and its influence on the economy of the key branches, in particular, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) fuel industry. The principle questions of anti-recessionary measures acceptance in the regional fuel industry branches are discussed considering the tactical changes in the inter-regional and international markets of power resources, financial stagnation in the national economy, etc.
