Experience of support of small business in Republic Kareliya

In article the short characteristic of small business in Republic Kareliya is given and is shown that it has development prospects. The problems constraining development of this sector of economy are specified. Dynamics of an index of development of small business in region for Republic Kareliya, and also for subjects of Northwest federal district which testifies to reserves in development of this sector of economy is resulted. Experience of support of small business to republic through an existing infrastructure and realisation of target programs of the state support of small business is reflected.
